WACANG -
Electronic Office
Considering the limitations on the development of SMEs, I designed a service system to help municipal aluminum distributors. The buyer interface allows workers and customers to obtain the project information at the first time, while the seller interface can make the information more open and transparent.

OVERVIEW
Problem
Renovation is a tedious and complicated matter, and the same applies when it comes to installing windows.
Customers need to choose the right windows for their house after a thorough comparison. During the installation process, customers are unsure about the product and the quality of the installation resulting in the need to spend time and effort to supervise the work. Communication with workers and merchants is tedious and often delayed, and there are communication barriers between customers and workers.
WACANG does not have a standardized operation system and only relies on very rudimentary phone communication resulting in unclear information. The distribution of work among workers is not systematically managed, and materials are only cut according to workers' experience in the preparation process.
Solution
The online office system allowed customers to save time and effort by accessing the installation process via phones. Any dissatisfaction can be communicated with the merchant and workers in time to reduce material loss.
It also helped workers to communicate with customers and build trust between them. Thus eliminating the feeling of being overwhelmed at work. WACANG can visually display workers' work status online and assign work to them online to improve efficiency. Electronic order planning helps to cut materials to reduce waste and increase profitability.
